Introduction to hiSoft Institute

hiSoft Institute was built to meet the requirements of fulfilling hiSoft Group's international strategies and goals. hiSoft Institute has been committed itself to providing high-quality training services for all departments across the entire hiSoft Group for many years. Now it has become the important base for hiSoft Group's talent education and served as the cradle of intermediate and senior technical professionals.

To improve the training effects, hiSoft Institute has built up a perfect training system and training environment suitable for both software and hardware course learning and acquired the ISO9001:2000 quality certificate. With the globalization appearing as an unstoppable trend and to enhance the development of the corporation, hiSoft Institute, already formed its professional knowledge management system and perfect training curriculum system based on the corporation's current situations, has reached great achievements in training a variety of managerial personnel and professional personnel.

Teaching Management

In order to continuously update the management concepts of intermediate and senior managers, to improve the skills and expertise of the corporation's employees, and to extend the international perspectives of the corporation, hiSoft Institute has developed and designed a series of appropriate training curriculums by taking advantage of its rich training channels and high-quality internal instructor resources. Training and Distribution of Professional Personnel

With regard to training and distribution of professional personnel, hiSoft has been working hard on providing high-quality international level technical professionals to meet the needs of different business units. hiSoft Institute is equipped with high-class software and hardware devices, rich teaching resources, multi-media classrooms with advanced devices installed, and leading technical curriculum, and used various teaching methods to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the students to learn. The Institute has been in cooperation with a series of universities, including Peking University, Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing Electronic Science and Technology Institute, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, and etc. to absorb excellent graduated students and systematically created a human resources pool. We use class instructors who are responsible for the all training projects, and till now have successfully opened several training classes based on different business needs. Through systematic study and practical project trainings, up to now there have been several hundred of students sent successfully to different departments of the corporation as trial workers, and many of them have grown up and become the backbone employees.

Management-Related Curriculum

hiSoft Institute has carefully built its strategic teaching planning combined with the business strategies, in order for the intermediate and senior managers to greatly enhance their management skills to a higher level. After many years of consecutive works, hiSoft Institute has seen its implemented curriculum works being broadly appreciated by all departments across the entire corporation. Our curriculum system includes leadership series, project management series, customer management series, inauguration and training series for new employees, and career training series unified into a professional knowledge management system and a perfect training curriculum system which as a result has been gradually improved in the real-world working experiences and effectively enhanced the corporation's productivity in a helical way.

Language-Related Curriculum

As a leading enterprise in outsourcing industry, hiSoft has focused on improving its employee's language skills and provided a perfect practical environment for foreign language trainings, emphasizing particularly on these four specific abilities: the listening, speaking, reading and writing skills which are integrant for foreign language learning. The Daily English delivered everyday on time to all employees within the corporation has effectively enhanced the impact of English as a second language in the employees' minds, continuously reinforced the atmosphere of English learning and finally ensured the curriculum consistency. We also have an English Corner with many different forms of activities that added more diversification, informatization and entertainment to the curriculum, which in turn greatly inspired the students' interests. The lectures and presentations which integrates many excellent lecturer resources with foreign instructors included have greatly improved our students' language skills by using many real, visual examples and in-class drilling, and at the same time have made the students learn more about modern international business knowledge and finally realized our goal of experiencing how to learn English in business activities and use what we have learned to improve our business communication skills.

Long-Term Goals

hiSoft Institute on the one hand will set its working goal as "to improve the corporation's core competency", and by providing all kinds of courses improves the vocational qualities and expertise of the corporation's employees; on the other hand, it also constantly imports state of the art management methods and operational ideals and enhanced the management skills of intermediate and senior mangers using active and consecutive trainings.
